Good news for local bird owners. You can now shop online with Queenslander Aviaries and pick up your order in store with our new Click and Collect service.
Shop online, pick up fast
Click and Collect makes it easy to get what you need without waiting on shipping. Simply place your order online, select Click and Collect at checkout, and we’ll prepare it for you. Most orders are ready within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know it’s good to go. From there, just swing by and collect it when it suits you.

All Click and Collect orders are picked up from our Archerfield store at:
3/24 Rodwell St, Archerfield QLD
Collection is available during store hours, and we ask that you wait for your ready for pickup email before coming in.
What to bring
To keep things smooth and secure, bring your order confirmation email or photo ID when collecting. If someone is picking up on your behalf, they’ll need both the confirmation and their ID.
A few quick notes
Click and Collect orders can’t be partially collected. If something in your order becomes unavailable, our team will contact you before pickup to organise a replacement or refund. Orders are held for 14 days before being cancelled and refunded if not collected.
