Mite and Lice

Sprays and treatments for mites and lice, including Vetafarm Avian Insect Liquidator in spray and concentrate, Avimec for scaly face mite, and mite and lice sprays from Avitrol and Bainbridge.

Mites turn up no matter how clean you keep things, usually hitching a ride on a new bird or from wild birds outside. Treat the cage and the surrounds at the same time as the bird, otherwise they just move back in.
