A flexible wire core covered in natural sisal rope creates a springy boing! Boasting a 2.5cm rope thickness, this fun toy can be moulded into any shape you desire. Just be prepared for some playful jiggling of the sisal rope! Please be aware some movement of the sisal rope is expected. Both sizes are suitable for all birds.

The customer service was good

The customer service was good. The product itself had a manufacturing fault and was unusable (large gaps between rope that remained when spread out evenly). when I contacted qld aviaries with this issue they gave me a store credit to use. I didn’t get another twister boing, but I was able to find other items that my bird likes. I have bought twister boings in the past and they have lasted a long time, which is why I bought another. I just got a dud.
