Suitable for beginners the kit includes everything you need to start growing Microgreens. You don't need a garden you don't need a green thumb. These Microgreen Kits are super easy to use and can be grown on your windowsill.

Available in three different varieties - Alfalfa, Broccoli and Red Radish.

  • WA and TAS restrictions
    This product can not be sent to Western Australia and Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. Please note buyers are responsible for duties, customs fees or fines issued. Queenslander Aviaries takes no responsibility for any charges relating to items seized or fines issued to the importer due to importing these products.
  • How much to feed
    Offer 2-3 times a week. You can mix into fresh chop or offer as is.
  • Food Safety
    Ensure you wash and drain your freshy cut Microgreens before offering to your bird. Use common sense, do not offer your bird rotten or mouldy microgreens.
  • How to use
    Please ensure you follow directions included. Because these are intended for human use we have added extra instructions and tips below.

    When you are ready to harvest your microgreens, cut off what you need and wash them before offering to your bird.

    Do not offer your bird the tin or allow your bird to eat directly from the tin/peat.

Safety

Toy Safety

  • No toy is 100% safe; toys should be inspected daily for damaged or broken parts. Damaged or broken toys should be removed immediately. All products should be offered under strict supervision.
  • We strongly recommend reading all of the product descriptions to ensure it is suitable for the size/type of your bird.
  • We do not sell - Cotton or fabric rope/huts.
  • We do sell - Jute, Seagrass, Sisal, “Tangle Free” Plastic Rope, Stainless Steel Chain and Nickel Plated chain. If you notice your bird excessively chewing or swallowing pieces, it should be removed immediately.

Bird Toys are not intended for children, and children should not have access to them.

Allergens

  • If you have allergies, please ensure you read the ingredients list carefully to see if it is safe for you to use/handle. While due care is taken, some foods may contain traces of foods not listed.

Medications

  • Should be offered under recommendation from your vet or pet health care provider and used to manufacture recommendations. All medications should be stored out of reach of children and other pets.
