Arcadia PureSun ProT5 54W Bird Cage/Aviary Lighting

Complete overhead lighting solution for large cages, indoor flights and aviaries. Kit contains ProT5 fixture with integrated electronic ballast, 54 W T5 bird lamp, curved reflector and switched power lead.

  • Lamp provides 30% UVA and 2.4% UVB for healthy vision and vitamin D synthesis, with reliable output for a full year
  • Three-foot (90 cm) unit floods enclosures up to about 1.2 m wide with bright, flicker-free full-spectrum light
  • Link up to eight ProT5 units from a single power point using the supplied cable
  • Please note this kit is supplied without a stand. For a free-standing option, see the PureSun Mini or Midi kits. The light rests on the cage roof or can be hung in any position that suits your setup.

    Read and follow all directions included for setup and safety.

    Bird lamps remain UV-B potent (within 40% of total output) for one whole year of use.

    This is based on using the correct controller and a maximum 12 hour a day photo period. Health concerns should always be reported to a suitable vet who can access the bird properly.

    Do not allow birds long exposure to bird lamps at a distance closer than stipulated by the product.

    Humans should remain 12” or more away from the lamp.

    Lamps should be turned off before cage maintenance is carried out.

    Bird lamps should not be sprayed with water directly.

    To be sure of UV-B potency, replace bird lamps once yearly.

Toy Safety

  • No toy is 100% safe; toys should be inspected daily for damaged or broken parts. Damaged or broken toys should be removed immediately. All products should be offered under strict supervision.
  • We strongly recommend reading all of the product descriptions to ensure it is suitable for the size/type of your bird.
  • We do not sell - Cotton or fabric rope/huts.
  • We do sell - Jute, Seagrass, Sisal, “Tangle Free” Plastic Rope, Stainless Steel Chain and Nickel Plated chain. If you notice your bird excessively chewing or swallowing pieces, it should be removed immediately.

Bird Toys are not intended for children, and children should not have access to them.

  • If you have allergies, please ensure you read the ingredients list carefully to see if it is safe for you to use/handle. While due care is taken, some foods may contain traces of foods not listed.

Medications

  • Should be offered under recommendation from your vet or pet health care provider and used to manufacture recommendations. All medications should be stored out of reach of children and other pets.
